| Honest and skilled at finding and fixing mechanical issues. As their logo says, people really are their priority. Whether it?s speaking with Kay about your concern at your initial call or having the owner, Adam, or the other mechanics explain on your level what the issue seems to be, you can tell they are not trying to upsell or promote unneeded services. I love that! (PS my Toyota will turn over 400,000 this month and is still taking me on long trips?and OSI has helped that happen ?) |

| I was sold on On Site Automotive when I needed to replace the Wheel Bearing on my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. The repair costs were considerably less than the dealership. The results were excellent. I cannot recall the young lady's name that works on cars at On Site but SHE IS AWESOME AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I totally trust her and impressed with the work of her hands. The front desk lady, Kay, is friendly and cares for each customer. I have had several repairs, oil changes and an inspection completed since this first repair. I would recommend ANYONE AND EVERYONE to this establishment with people who are knowledgeable and care about the customer. |
