| The team at On-Site was very communicative and thorough in their descriptions of issues found in our vehicle. They provided items that were immediate need and then those that were recommended but not 100% necessary. Due to their thoroughness and honesty we had them perform all repairs and maintenance. Will definitely be back! |

| On-site aims for right first time. Moreover, goes the extra mile for the customer, in the event something is not satisfactory. You can?t go wrong with an automotive repair workshop that is accountable and is the benchmark. All personnel is courteous & very professional. Kay is a delight, & owner Adam attention to detail & expertise with diagnostics helps to set them apart. Tech George has done great work on my car. |

| My usual mechanics were not able to do oil change & check my auto before Holiday Travel. I told On Site team & they gave me an early appt, they did maintenance, plus went the extra mile to replace worn break pads. Auto ran smooth & I had great family travel, with peace of mind. |

| Without hesitation I cannot think of any reason you would want to take your vehicle anywhere else for repairs, from the 1st phone call to Adam explaining everything to me in detail was all done without courtesy, professionalism, not to mention this is the cleanest auto shop I?ve ever been in. Then most importantly, fair and honest prices for good work! 1 out of 10 I give them an 11! |
